At Tiny Cruisers, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

📦 Return Process

  • Email us at thetinycruisers@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.

  • Ship the item back using a trusted courier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our side (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

🔁 Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges only for damaged or defective products.

  • If you’d like to exchange your item, please email us with photos and a clear explanation.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

  • If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • In cases where an incorrect item was sent, we may request the item to be returned before processing a refund or sending a replacement.
